One copy was not enough
My son left home for college and wanted to take this Pilates DVD with him. My daughter said, "No way. I use it every day, too." I had to order an extra copy. We put Denise on "mute" and work out with music.

Like the simplicity
I was looking for a video that was not hard to do in front of my tv. Denise Austin does this with some great stretching and firming up pilates just the speed for a 52 year old woman who doesn't get out much.

Great Workout!
This is a great workout video for people who enjoy pilates and yoga. At first the video does not seem difficult, but the further you get into it, the more you can feel the workout. I enjoy it! It has helped me slim my tummy and problem areas and it's perfect because it is not long at all. I recommend this video to anyone who wants to start exercising and strengthen their core.

I've been using this program for years, and I love it! You feel great when it's over.

BE CAREFUL
I just received this "tape" and am extremely upset with the situation. I did my search under DVD's and clearly only searched for those. Found a used one and they sent me the VHS tape. The price is so cheap for the used one that i would be paying triple what the tape costs to send it back to whomever sold me this from Amazon. Just did the search again and this is exactly the page where I purchased it from. Very Misleading!!!
