Move Move 'N Groove Kids, Vol 1
Move 'N Groove Kids is a creative movement and exercise program for children. The Move N’ Groove Kids video curriculum was developed by Deborah Damost and Sara Lavan and is based on the philosophy of creative movement. Deborah and Sara's popular children's dance classes have been highly acclaimed by teachers, parents, and administrators at private studios, daycare centers, and pre-schools. Their Move 'N Groove Kids video program features live-action, classroom-style learning with entertaining text and character animations that no child can resist! The class begins with a warm-up, followed by a fun series of movement explorations, and concludes with a relaxing cool-down segment. Deb and Sara guide the kids through each exercise, along with a little help from Munki, the boisterous, cloud-hopping Move ‘N Groove Kids companion.

Deborah and Sara's goal with Move 'N Groove Kids is to help children develop self-confidence, encourage healthy living and promote problem-solving skills. The program encourages teamwork, bridges language barriers and teaches vocabulary. Move 'N Groove encourages aesthetic appreciation and allows children to develop individual creative expression. And of course, it gives them plenty of opportunity to jump around and wave their arms - just what kids like doing best. Ages 2 through 7 - DVD & VHS - 26 minutes
